Art, Science & Design: Where Creativity Meets Research
The C’Nano 2025 congress will highlight the exciting intersections between science, art, and design through several key moments. It all begins on Tuesday, March 18, at 6:30 PM in the main auditorium.
We’ll kick off the evening with Bruno Palpant, who will present Volvox, an installation blending art and science. You can experience it in Room 4 throughout the congress (except on Thursday, March 20). Get a preview here: Volvox.

Then, prepare for something truly innovative: the Design Posters! Students from École Estienne and daring researchers have collaborated to reinvent the aesthetics and accessibility of scientific posters. How can we make research visually striking and more engaging? This project set out to answer exactly that.

Starting at 7:30 PM, you’ll have the chance to explore these redesigned scientific posters, along with science communication projects by École Estienne students—all while enjoying a cocktail dinner.
And who knows… a high-energy live music performance might just shake things up!
Meanwhile, throughout the week, don’t miss Giancarlo Rizza’s stand in the East Patio, where he will be showcasing Baal in the Pool, an installation created in collaboration with Antoine Desjardins. Get a preview here.
🔬✨ Science, design, art, and music… an unmissable experience!
